Overview

At Bariza.us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)

  • Returns made after 30 days of delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account first

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@bariza.us and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If a gift was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.

  • If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
